The political, commercial and cultural hub of Nepal, is the first stop for the majority of visitors to the country. The history of the Valley begins with the Buddhist saint Manjushree who slashed a passage through the surrounding hills to drain out the primordial waters and make it inhabitable.
Over the centuries, a refined urban civilization emerged, built on a unique synthesis of Hinduism and Buddhism. Dynasties came and went. Trade and the arts flourished. Its deeply religious Newar inhabitants built fabulous cities and artistic temples that attracted devout pilgrims as well as rampaging invaders. In the late 18th century, following the founding of modern Nepal within more or less the present boundaries, Kathmandu was made the capital. Kathmandu, Bandipur, Pokhara, Lumbini – 15 Days.
Day 01 – Airport pick-up on arrival and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu. If got enough time on the day - Kathmandu sight seeing tour. Over night at Kathmandu Hotel.
Day 02 – After breakfast, departure to Bandipur . On the way 3 hours rafting on Trisuli River. Transfer to hotel.
Day 03: Around 9 AM having breakfast drive to Pokhara Begnas tal, having sightseeing over there then drive to few lake side. Transfer to hotel
Day 04: Drive to Devi’s fall & Gupteswor Mahadev Cave and little hike to World Peace Stupa, Back to hotel, Sightseeing around city. A t evening cultural program – Dinner – Overnight hotel.
Day 05: Have breakfast – boating activities in Phewa lake, visiting temple, – Lunch – drive to Butterfly Museum and Tibetan refugee camp. At the evening time transfer to Sarangkot hill station for evening sunset views – Dinner – Overnight at Sarangkot hotel.
Day 06: Early morning sunrise view from Sarangkot – Breakfast – Drive to Lumbini (Approx. 7.00 hours drive), Lunch on route. Evening sightseeing in Lumbini or relax in the hotel. Have Dinner and Overnight hotel.
Day 07: Breakfast and full day Lumbini sightseeing tour (Lunch in-between the tour) – Dinner and Overnight at Lumbini.
Day 08: Breakfast – Departure to Chitwan National Parks.
Day 09: Chitwan 2 Nights 3 days full day package: including all the activities inside the national parks.
Day 10: National parks package program until lunch time. Then drive to Cable car station., Manakamana Temple , visit to temple then drive continue up to kathmandu on your hotel.
Day 11: Sightseeing tour to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square – Dinner – Overnight hotel.
Day 12: Drive to Patan city sightseeing, then to Bhaktapur durbar square and in the evening drive again to the Nagarkot hill station for the sunset view of himlayas. Overnight in Nagarkot Hotel.
Day 13: Early morning sunrise view from Nagarkot – Breakfast – Drive back to Kathmandu (Approx. 1.5 hours drive) – Lunch – Sightseeing tour to Kathmandu durbar square and Swyambhunath Stupa ( Monkey Temple)– Back to hotel – Dinner – Overnight in hotel.
Day 14: Early morning Mountain Flight (Approx. 1 hour flight through Everest and other Himalayan Range) as your choice – Breakfast – Free for all day for shopping activities or relax in the Hotel. Lunch – Dinner – Overnight hotel.
Day 15: Day for departure from Kathmandu to your onward journey.
