use of these facilities. In recent years with the help of Government as well non-Government agencies many of these lodge owners have gone through training programs aimed at raising the quality of services as well as instilling environmental awareness.
Most lodges have all the basic requirements for trekkers to stay overnight - a dormitory, several private rooms, an attached restaurant, toilet and a shower room. The quality of food offered many varieties from lodge to lodge but most serve simple and hygienic meals. Gokyo Treks & Expedition -Treks has found it very attractive for trekkers to use these lodges in some of the routes instead of operating camping style treks.
One of the main reason being that along these popular routes almost every house offers bed and meals and many camping trekkers find it incongruous to camp near a lodge and not be able to experience the warmth and hospitality of the friendly Nepali hosts. Services of an experienced Guide all our trek guides have been carefully selected for their ability and temperament. Most of them belong to Sherpa, Tamang, Gurung and Magar Chhetri communities from remote mountain villages. All of them have many years of experience of trekking and climbing in Nepal and Tibet. Each guide has trained. Safety and careful trek operations, keeping the health and happiness of the trekkers as well his crew, uppermost.

Services Of Porters/ Pack-animals to Carry Luggage and Equipment Wherever possible we employ porters/pack-animals locally at the beginning of the trek.
This is one of the many measures we take to make sure that most of the cost our clients pays goes directly into the local economies where you trek.
All our porters, as all our field staff, are covered by insurance and, on high altitude treks, are issued warm clothing and footwear to prepare them better. The trip includes three basic meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner, each day. Breakfast and dinners are ordered at the restaurant attached to the lodge run by the landlady. Lunches are ordered at a trail-side lodge around mid-day. Most lodges serve, Nepali meals - rice, lentil soup and curried vegetables or meat - soups, noodles, mo mo (meat or veg-stuffed steamed dumplings), pancakes, chappati breads, etc. Many also offer other exotic dishes. Your guide will arrange for boiled water at dinner every evening to fill your water bottle for the next day (bottled water are also available at most lodges at extra cost). Road-head Transport From Katmandu Or Pokhara Trek Costs Include Road-head Transport, to and from trek start and end point, ex Katmandu or Pokhara as applicable. For those treks starting from Pokhara the transport between Katmandu and Pokhara are not included. Transport include best available tourist or local transportation. For groups of 4 or more people our cost includes private transport to and from trek-roadbed. Our published group treks include hotel-airport transfers in Katmandu and Pokhara. For private departures there will be a small charge for this service. Domestic airfares, when applicable, are extra Trek Permits, National Park and Conservation Fees All trekking permits, National Park and Conservation Fees are included. Restricted area trek permits (eg: Mustang Permit), are quoted separately, where applicable. (Please note that there is an entrance fee of us $100 per video camera in all National Parks in Nepal not included in trek cost). Annapurna Areas
This is very popular trekking area in Nepal .It is very beautiful for its mountain scenery, section Of Nepal. Trek can start Beshi Sahar and many option s places for those who like to do long and short [ easy and adventure] Trek. Trekkers they have to walk through Green fields of paddy and banana groves, into oak bamboo, pine, rhododendron, and many kinds of tree lines. Eventually emerging into high desert places, high passes, religious place, holly place for Hindu and Buddhist and historic furriers town. This trek gives you ample opportunity to observe the Culture and life style of at least a half dozen ethnic groups an exposition more then any other trek. But if any person like crossing the Throng la pass[5416mt] required to acclimatize and to have excellent physical fitness. Mountains views of Dhulagiri, Annapurnas, Fishtail, Mt.Manaslu’s and etc.
Everest Region Trekking in Nepal:
On the trek of the Everest area ,You will be rewarded by the famous peaks without ascending through many passes, marvelous introduction to the famous land of happy and go lucky Sharpas ,early part of the high trek lovely forested hills, Hindus and buddhist peoples and their own cultures with some view of mountains. Mid part of the trek also like same with some monastery after the last part Sharpa peoples. Highest mountain range like Everest lothse ,Amadablam ,Thamserku, Tawache and others. We can see many different mountain animals while walking through the trek [like Himalayan Thar , deer and others] with lovely forest, with very nice Gumbas in every villages in tangboche there is very nice Gomba peoples who like to learn Buddhism and who wanted to be a Lama they come here and study form many part of Solu. There is many places to explore like Thami, chukkung . If anybody they like to climb trekking peaks they can climb in this area but they need permit from Mountaineering Association but if anybody they like to climb Gokyo Ri, Chukkung Ri and Kalaptthar they don't need permit .When you are in this area you are really proud with you and never forget in life time because you are with friendly peoples, different culture and the high trekking range of the world. People they can start trek from Lukla if they like to fly from Ktm. Second option take a bus and van to Jiri and end in Lukla or Tumlingtar depend their time and interest.
Lantang, Gosaikunda and Helambu
Helambu Langtang and Gosaikunda trek is one of the most beautiful trekking in Nepal Langtang is a narrow valley lies south Tibetan border. This is very popular for similar, with Tibetan and Taming ethnic group whose culture which, religious, language and dress can see beautiful mountain view of Langtang Gang Chhenpo Naya Khagri Ganesh Himal , Tibetan renges and other ranges. We drive to Dhunche [6400 feet ] and trek north from the road and head in to the protected pine and rhododendron forest of Langtang National Park . It is high valley open way to streams, yak pastures, glacier moraine and buddist monasteries. Gosaikunda is lies 4300 mt. It is holly lake for hindu If any body they like to explore this area can found 108 lakes. Thousand of Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims visit lakes during the full moon fastivel in August and from Laurebinak can see beautiful view of Annapurnas Manaslus, Ganesh Himals, Tibetain ranges and Langtang. Helambu area can found Sherpa but different then Everest Trek. they are know as helumbu sherpa which have a different culture and languages .Also from this area you can see nice views of many mountains .Different type of flora and fauna can find all given areas.
