Chitwan National Park the oldest national park in Nepal, is situated in the subtropical inner Terai lowlands of South Central Nepal. The park has an area of 932 square kilometers. The park was designated as a World Heritage Site in 1984. The park is just a short detour off the Prithvi Highway. The name Chitwan means heart of the jungle. In recent years has park has risen meteorically on the lists of the Things to do in Nepal. The park covers a pristine area with a unique ecosystem of significant value to the world. It contains the Churiya hills, ox-bow lakes and flood plains of Rapti, Reu and Narayani rivers. The Sal forests dominate the vegetation of the park. The grasslands form a diverse and complex community with over 50 species, the Sacchurun species, often called elephant grass, can reach 8m in height. The park boasts of more than 43 species of mammals, 45 species of amphibians and reptiles and 450 species of birds in the park. The park is renowned for endangered animals along with many other common species. |

Day 01:

Arrival at Tribhuban International Airport (T.I.A.) and pick up by our private vehicle and transfer to the Hotel.

Day 02: |
Drive by Toursit Bus to Sauraha 11 AM. Then transfer to Hotel By private Jeep.
Serving welcome drinks and introduction to your room.
Fresh up and briefing session.
13.00 Lunch
15.00 Naturalist will take you on the culture tour to Tharu village, to see and learn about the ethic people of Chitwan, Museum tour sun set tour in evening.
20.00 Dinner

Day 03: |
6.00 Wake up call followed by tea/coffee.
6.30 Breakfast
7.00 Dug-out-canoeing along the Rapti river to view water birds & two rare species of crocodiles; the marsh Mugger and Gharials. After canoe ride continue for Nature walks with trained naturalist to view the incredibly varied flora and fauna.
13.00 Elephant breathing.
13.30 Lunch
15.00 Elephant safari and excellent opportunity to see deer, rhinoceros, leopard, sloth bear, monkey and Royal Bengal Tiger. You will also encounter many other reptiles & Mammals that have made Chitwan their home, in the evening, you can enjoy Tharu stick dance.
20.00 Dinner

6.00 Wake up call followed by tea/coffee.
6.30 Breakfast
7.00 Bird-watching tour you will once again through the experience e hand of our Naturalist is able to encounter many of the rare and migratory species of birds which numbers to mire then 450 species, while waling along the bake of the river.
10.00 Final departure to Sauraha tourist bus park. |
