 Nepal and Tibet have number of Himalayan peaks which are more than 6000m high, among them the most popular are Everest 8848, Mt.Pumori, Mt.Amadablam, Mt.Manaslu, Cho Oyu 8201m, Shishapangma 8035, Lakpa Ri, Gurlamandata and Nojin Kangsang. These are all allowed for foreigners to climb. We provide all kind of arrangements to climb these peaks including climbing permission from China Mountaineering association and the requirements of Yaks for carrying loads for expedition, guides, Cooks, Liaison officer and customs clearance facilities.
We do operate the expeditions for the Group, Individuals and the persons who want to mix up with the other International group members. - Receive you on the Kathamndu international airport, then transfer to the hotel.
- 3 Nights accommodation in Kathmandu with bed & breakfast (hotel 3 star Level).
- For Khumbu region: Kathmandu - Lukla - Kathmandu flight tickets with 50 KG cargo per member.
- Trekking from Lukla to Base camp & back to Lukla with Lodge trek lodge / camping
- Food for trekking & Expedition period on the base camp.

Rescue:
Although ninety-nine percent of the time there won't be any need for a emergency rescue evacuation, emergency situations do arise in the Himalayas with illness, AMS (acute mountain sickness), snow storms, landslide, and avalanches being the primary cause for rescue to take place. In a non-life threatening situation, we will arrange for the porters to carry you to the nearest health post or hospital. Where the situation is more serious, one of your Sherpa's will hurry to the nearest communication center where he can request a Helicopter Rescue from our Kathmandu office.
We have at our disposable one of the best helicopter pilot with many years of flying experience in Nepal Army, and have flown many rescue flights. However, the helicopter rescue is an expensive business, and a typical rescue can cost anywhere between US$ 5400/ & euro; 3600 to US$ 7400/ & euro; 5000, depending on the location of the rescue.
Therefore, we highly recommend that you take travel a insurance which will cover emergency helicopter rescue flight. To enable us to contact your insurance company in case of a rescue and not to loose any valuable time we will need the co-ordinates of your insurance companies’ local representative for Nepal. |
